About the Founder

I did it many times: changed jobs, changed direction, changed paths to find my place or grow my career. Did everything to get closer to driving tangible results, climbed ladders (not always the right ones), and moved completely out of my comfort zone.

In fact, I’ve lived in 6 different countries across 3 continents and moved countries 9 times. Every single move forced me to start from absolute scratch. I had to build brand new professional networks, adapt to totally unfamiliar cultures, and learn how to survive in completely different environments.

Through all that pivoting, I worked at the highest levels of both the corporate and startup worlds. I managed multi-million dollar data budgets for global companies, where my analytical modeling won a global Excellence of Execution Award. Then, I jumped into the startup ecosystem, went through the Antler accelerator program, and successfully raised venture capital pre-seed funding for a B2B SaaS company I built from a raw idea.

But as I climbed those different ladders, I noticed a pattern: whether you are dedicating yourself to a multinational or a small business, success isn't just about solid strategies or spreadsheets. It's about storytelling and about human psychology.

To bridge that gap, I went back to school for Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco and developed the Confidex Confidence Coaching Method.

My unique blend of data strategy and counseling psychology was officially recognized when the United States government awarded me the EB-1A Green Card for Extraordinary Ability in business and entrepreneurship. I founded Confidex to give you the exact tools I had to build for myself: the practical ways to structure your business, and the confidence to achieve any goal you set your mind to.
