Frequently asked questions
Is this different from your community
Yes. Community workshops are group sessions offered free to partner organizations. 1-on-1 coaching is a private, personalized experience with a dedicated coach entirely focused on your goals.
What if I'm not a job seeker right now?
That's fine. Many clients come to us for promotion readiness, confidence at work, or professional storytelling. We tailor every engagement to your actual situation.
How do sessions work, in person or virtual?
Sessions are available virtually via video call or in person in the San Francisco Bay Area. You choose what works best for you when you book.
What is our refund policy?
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your first session. For packages, unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
How quickly can I get started?
Most clients can schedule a free discovery call within 2–3 business days. First sessions typically start the following week.
Do you work with people outside the Bay Area?
Yes, all sessions are available virtually so we work with professionals nationwide. Our community workshop partnerships remain Bay Area focused.
